Metro Ag Services Inc. is a biofuel feedstock company which delivers
high quality, non-food, affordable inputs for biodiesel. The biodiesel
industry is mandated to deliver 1 billion gallons of biodiesel fuel in
2012. The U.S. consumes 60 billion gallons of petroleum diesel
annually. The missing link in the biodiesel industry is the availability of
affordable feedstock oils which have cold weather performance
comparable to petroleum diesel. Metro Ag will fill this gap by owning
and operate an oilseed “crushing operation” as well as providing low
maintenance mustard seed crops for farmers wishing to farm
“marginal” lands and those looking for an over Winter crop which can
fit between food crop rotations.
